The gel is for people with mild to severe erectile dysfunction and is available over the counter
A new treatment for that can work within 10 minutes has launched in the UK.
It is a gel called Eroxon, and has been clinically proven to work for people with mild to severe erectile dysfunction.
Eroxon is made by Futura Medical, a pharmaceutical company based in the UK.
Eroxon is applied to the head of the penis, where the gel evaporates, with this evaporation stimulates vascular and neural nerve endings by rapidly cooling and warming the area. This triggers the release of nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels, therefore increasing blood flow to the penis and causing an erection.
The release of nitric oxide is also how other erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments such as Viagra work, but they have the disadvantage of relaxing blood vessels in the entire body, since they are taken orally and not applied directly. This can lead to side effects such as nausea, dizziness and headaches.
These side effects mean people with pre-existing health conditions, such as heart and liver disease, cannot take oral ED pills. They are also not safe for people who have recently had a stroke, and cannot be taken with some prescription medicines.
Dr Hilary Jones, who regularly appears as a health expert on ITV, told: “The word ‘breakthrough’ is often used in health headlines, but new treatments which are truly groundbreaking come along far less frequently. Eroxon is an innovative therapy which has the potential to change the lives of millions of men with erectile dysfunction.”
Dr Catherine Hood, a sexual health specialist, added: “When they were launched back in the 90s, PDE5i medicines were a game-changer, but they are not an option for many men due to pre-existing health conditions, interactions with their prescription medicines or simply because of the time they take to work.”
In a 12-week clinical trial of 250 people, two out of three reported a significant improvement in their ability to achieve and maintain an erection. The figure rose to 80 per cent for those with severe erectile dysfuncion.
The gel is available over the counter, without a prescription. Eroxon costs £24.99 for a pack of four single-use tubes, and is available from Boots stores and online.

Daily evictHelpDear daily evict help: Our community has been in the early stages of a serious clinical trial to see if Eroxon can work quickly to relieve symptoms of erectile dysfunction.
The results, published in, confirm the first-passing results of the trial. With a sample of 250 men, Eroxon was well absorbed from the gel and was well tolerated.
The study included around 600 men with mild to severe erectile dysfunction, and was powered to find an effect size of at least 12 standard deviations (SDs) higher than one SD. The men who used the Eroxon treatment had improvements in their ability to achieve and maintain an erection that were statistically different from those of the placebo group.
“The study is a landmark step in the fight against erectile dysfunction and should help thousands of men around the world – from those at greatest risk of getting it to achieve a penile erection – get their treatment right at home,” said Dr Catherine Hood.

By relaxing blood vessels, Viagra improves heart workload and lowers blood pressure in the lungs.
The medicine to use is a combination of several medicines, including medicines to treat erectile dysfunction, medicines for pulmonary arterial hypertension, and medicines for both. While there are various treatment options, several important points to consider are:
While Viagra is an effective treatment for Viagra is not a heart-prevention medication. It will not prevent heart problems or other related problems caused by Viagra. The medication helps to relax the blood vessels in the lungs, increasing blood flow. This medication can help reduce the chances of chest pain or angina that can occur with other medications that relax blood vessels in the lungs.
Viagra is usually prescribed in doses of 50mg taken approximately one hour before sexual activity. Dosage-measurement cycle:

In the realm of erectile dysfunction treatment, sildenafil offers a promising solution. Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, is believed to work by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps a man get and keep an erection.
However, it’s important to note that sildenafil should only be taken if and when you are sexually stimulated, as it may not be effective for you if you do not take it as directed. It’s always best to consult your doctor to determine if sildenafil is the best treatment option for you.
Viagra is a prescription medication that contains the active ingredient sildenafil citrate. It is mainly used to treat erectile dysfunction. Viagra belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These drugs work by helping blood vessels in your penis to widen, resulting in a firmer, longer-lasting erection.
Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis when you are sexually aroused. This increase in blood flow helps to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation.
However, it’s important to note that sildenafil should only be done if and when you are sexually stimulated. Do not take sildenafil with any medications that contain nitrates, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Sildenafil comes in various strengths, including 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg. You should take it on an empty stomach, with a glass of water, as it can lead to dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting that are very dangerous.
Before taking sildenafil, it is recommended to consult your doctor to determine if it is the right treatment option for you. Your doctor will likely recommend sildenafil to you based on your medical history, current medications, and lifestyle.
It is very likely that you will experience the effects once you take sildenafil. It can help to talk to your doctor about any concerns or side effects you may experience while taking this medication.
The recommended starting dose of Viagra for erectile dysfunction is 25 mg once per day. However, it’s recommended to start with the lower dosage and gradually increase it.
If you feel that you are getting too much of the medication, it is advisable to limit yourself to 50 mg once per day. Do not take more than one dose in a day.
It is important to note that Viagra should only be given to men over the age of 18 with erectile dysfunction. Do not give sildenafil to other people, even if they have erectile dysfunction.
It is important to note that men with certain medical conditions or those taking certain medications may need to start with a lower dose and gradually increase it. This will help prevent any increased risk for side effects.
If you are unsure whether sildenafil is right for you, your doctor will discuss your medical history and current condition with a healthcare provider. They will likely determine if sildenafil is the right medication for you based on your doctor’s advice.
It is also important to note that men who have recently had a stroke, heart attack, or a heart attack should not take Viagra, as it can cause serious health complications. If you are planning to have sex, do not take Viagra or any other ED medications without consulting a doctor first.
For men with erectile dysfunction, the typical starting dose of Viagra is 50 mg once a day. However, your doctor may increase or decrease this dose in certain situations based on how you respond to the medication. Do not increase your dose or take it more often than advised.
For women, the typical starting dose of Viagra for women is 10 mg once per day. Do not increase your dose or take Viagra more often than suggested by your doctor.
For women, the typical starting dose of Viagra for women is 25 mg once per day.
